At our St. Patrick's Day birthday party (more photos from that party here), the Irish-themed catering stole the show. In honor of the birthday boy's Irish roots, we rented Finnegan's Wake in Cole Valley and brought in Chef Rozanna Catering to take care of the late night snacks. On the menu were corned beef sliders, little bangers with Irish whiskey bbq sauce, mini twice-baked potatoes, smoked salmon blinis, and cucumber wells with garlic pea puree. To top it all off, for dessert we passed around mint milkshakes with a shamrock cookie in mini milk bottles, plus a "pot of gold" whiskey jello shot with a rainbow on top.
